Coordinates billing across Finance, Account, and Production teams. Prepares client invoices and billing packages, maintains billing status reports, tracks purchase orders, estimates, budgets, vendor invoices, expenses, and project closeouts. Reviews travel and production expenses for accuracy and policy compliance, maintains financial records and reporting, and supports accounting operations. The role is hybrid, with onsite work in the Bay Area Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.

Develop and lead integrated media strategies for consumer-focused and CPG brands. Serve as the day-to-day client strategy lead, analyze consumer and market insights, present media recommendations, oversee campaign execution and optimization, manage reporting and financial documentation, and coordinate cross-functional agency teams. Mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and identify innovative opportunities across digital and traditional media channels.
