Provide IT support for multiple restaurant launches, coordinating vendors and managing project timelines. Configure computer hardware, software, networks, servers, and network clients while learning new applications and processes. The role requires strong organization, prioritization, planning, and written and verbal communication skills.

Sets up, breaks down, and resets banquet rooms according to event orders and diagrams. Inventories and maintains linens, furniture, china, glassware, flatware, decorations, and other supplies. Assists servers, transports equipment, reports maintenance issues, supports banquet patrons, and follows company and health department procedures. Requires physical stamina, attention to detail, English communication, availability for weekends, nights, and holidays, and at least one year of houseperson experience.

Drives national hotel sales growth through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, in-person selling, pipeline management, and Salesforce tracking. Partners with business development and customer success teams to book meetings, close hotel accounts, onboard new partners, exceed sales targets, and expand into new U.S. markets. The role involves frequent travel and hybrid work.
