The Senior Accountant manages accounting functions, supports compliance with funding requirements, and assists in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation.

Supervise and manage daily transit operations, perform road supervision and driver duties, investigate accidents, train and evaluate operators, handle dispatch and customer service, adjust schedules, enforce policies, and maintain operational records to ensure safe, efficient public transportation.

Volunteer board member to advocate for public transit and provide high-level governance oversight. Attend 10–20 meetings yearly, serve a three-year term, and bring interest in transit; familiarity with general financial statements is helpful. Final appointments by Butler County Commissioners.

The Vehicle Operator is responsible for safely operating transit vehicles, caring for passengers, and working with technology while adhering to operational rules and schedules.
