Provides strategic leadership for the cybersecurity function, including security architecture, cloud and application security, identity management, Zero Trust, vulnerability management, incident response, privacy, and data protection. Leads the GRC program, risk assessments, audits, penetration testing, and compliance with PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. Oversees external cyber defense partners, advises executives, develops security strategy and policies, manages communications, and mentors cybersecurity and GRC teams.

Conduct outbound prospecting (50–75 calls/day), nurture and reactivate prospects and prior customers, manage MQL outreach, field inbound inquiries, record activity in Salesforce, communicate product value, research stakeholders, and collaborate to move opportunities to account-managing SDRs.

Prepare, format, edit, proofread and transmit press releases; code and monitor distributions; contact clients to resolve issues; assist newsroom teams; run daily reports; field client calls; maintain logs and product knowledge during an overnight shift.
