Manage a print-focused book of business by supporting customers, coordinating orders, proofs, samples, suppliers, pricing, margins, and project delivery. Communicate status with clients and sales teams, resolve escalations, source creative product solutions, maintain project reports, and ensure successful completion of print-related processes. The role requires organization, multitasking, customer service, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 2–3 years of print industry experience.
