Uses and improves AI-assisted newsroom workflows while maintaining human verification and editorial standards. Coordinates with editors, reporters, design, social, multimedia and product teams across global offices, monitors news cycles, and manages special projects and deadline-driven handoffs.

Manage BoF's global community database and audience segmentation; track executive movements; curate guest lists and seating plans; support event execution, on-site delivery and cross-functional stakeholder communications; produce community insights to drive high-quality executive attendance.
