Manage luxury safari camp guest experiences, including hosting, personalized service, room inspections, guest preferences, feedback, billing, stock control, and service standards. Support lodge operations, staff training, children’s programs, and Safari Shop activities. The role requires prior five-star hospitality and managerial experience, strong guest relations, leadership, organization, MS Office proficiency, and a valid South African driver’s licence.

C-suite executive responsible for developing and implementing a global impact strategy spanning conservation, biodiversity, communities, sustainability, ESG, and responsible business. The role advises the Board and shareholders, leads impact measurement and governance, builds strategic partnerships, oversees funding, and embeds accountability across the organisation. Candidates need 15+ years of senior leadership experience, strong commercial and financial acumen, international exposure, and expertise in multiple impact disciplines and reporting frameworks.

Provides luxury safari guest services, including morning and afternoon game drives, bush walks, airport transfers, guest arrivals and departures, luggage assistance, hosting, children’s activities, and wildlife safety. Maintains vehicles, firearms, first-aid supplies, and equipment; removes snakes and pests; coordinates with lodge staff and reserve authorities; and follows applicable tourism, firearms, radio, and dangerous-animal regulations.
