Represent clients in civil trial matters involving tort and contract claims, including premises liability, professional liability, defamation, discrimination, insurance, and transportation. Independently manage cases from inception through resolution; conduct investigations, research law, handle discovery, draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and appear in court. Trial experience and active Florida Bar licensure are required.

Manage high-volume vendor invoices, check requests, and reimbursements; perform AP uploads and electronic client cost filings; reconcile vendor statements and balance sheet accounts; file monthly sales and use tax returns; maintain vendor accounts; produce ad hoc reports and handle inquiries and special projects.

The Litigation Paralegal drafts legal documents, communicates with clients and courts, assists in trial preparations, and conducts research. The role entails maintaining document organization and accurate billing.
