Conduct a strategic assessment of Kenya’s TVET sector and its contribution to youth employment. Responsibilities include literature and document reviews, stakeholder interviews, sector mapping, evaluation of training and employment outcomes, assessment of inclusion and institutional capacity, and development of prioritized recommendations. The expert will produce inception and final reports, interview materials, presentation decks, and participate in validation and sensemaking sessions with the Foundation, implementing partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Leads medium- to large-scale behavioral science research and advisory projects from design through delivery. Responsibilities include research design, project planning, budgeting, team management, client and partner relationships, fieldwork, quality control, reporting, stakeholder presentations, and organizational engagement. The role manages complex projects with minimal supervision, mentors project staff, supports hiring and onboarding, and applies qualitative, quantitative, experimental, and behavioral science methods to real-world problems.

Supports advisory and research projects in the Social Cohesion portfolio through qualitative and quantitative research, data sourcing and analysis, survey development, report writing, stakeholder engagement, capacity strengthening, and project logistics. The Analyst prepares client deliverables, learning materials, proposals, and presentations while coordinating with internal teams, partners, and field operations across multiple projects.
