Prepare and maintain the Primavera P6 master schedule for a major industrial plant turnaround. Build baseline schedules, integrate planning activities, validate shutdown and startup logic, and produce monitoring reports. During execution, issue daily lookahead schedules, lead progress-update meetings, incorporate scope changes, monitor critical paths, identify schedule risks, and analyze manpower histograms to recommend staffing adjustments and layoff strategies.

Designs, develops, installs, configures, tests, and supports process control and safety systems for energy, chemical, and sustainable energy clients. Leads portions of automation projects, contributes to capital projects and system modernizations, provides onsite troubleshooting and continuous improvement, and works with PLCs and third-party devices. The role also includes client-facing subject matter expertise, technical support, documentation, commissioning, and occasional business development. Travel to domestic client sites may be up to 25–50%.

Owns engineering capital projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, handover, and financial closeout in a chemical processing or refinery environment. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, estimating, technical design review, process safety, risk management, quality assurance, vendor coordination, documentation, stage-gate reviews, and stakeholder communication. Projects range from $50,000 to $3 million and involve fixed equipment or maintenance work.

Supports the design, development, installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of process control and safety systems. Participates in capital, modernization, upgrade, expansion, and optimization projects, collaborates with clients, provides technical support, and works across office and plant environments. Domestic travel to client sites may comprise 25–50% of the role.

Turnaround Planners prepare and validate job plans for petrochemical plant turnaround projects, including documentation, materials, workbooks, schedules, and contractor instructions. They coordinate with schedulers, estimators, foremen, QA/QC, and operations; monitor material availability; support execution meetings; update plans; review field work; and ensure job packs are properly closed out. Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation planners are needed for a November 2026–November 2027 assignment in Memphis, Tennessee.

Supports instrumentation and electrical design projects by preparing and updating CAD drawings, loop drawings, instrument indexes, location plans, isometrics, and sketches. Reviews vendor documentation and designs for compliance, assists with resolving discrepancies, applies industry standards, and develops technical design knowledge under supervision. The role requires AutoCAD and CadWorx experience, strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and potentially field walkdown experience.

Designs, commissions, maintains, and optimizes instrumentation and control systems for petrochemical processes. Responsibilities include P&IDs, instrument specifications, control valve sizing, PLC/DCS configuration, SIS safety systems, HAZOP participation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, calibration, maintenance planning, documentation, MOC reviews, incident investigations, and cross-functional project coordination. The role requires supporting capital projects, plant operations, startup activities, and on-site field work while maintaining compliance with process safety standards.

Leads design, development, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of batch control systems. Serves as a DeltaV Batch and ISA-88 subject matter expert, leads automation work across capital and modernization projects, advises clients on control system technologies, and mentors engineers. Provides onsite embedded support, process optimization, maintenance, commissioning, and continuous improvement for process control systems. Collaborates with clients and supports business development activities.
