Leads the company’s workplace safety program in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Responsibilities include risk assessments, inspections, JHAs, safety training, OSHA compliance, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, safety documentation, and corrective-action tracking. The role partners with Operations, HR, Facilities, contractors, and leadership to reduce hazards and strengthen safety accountability and continuous improvement.

Supports daily operations and partners with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, inventory, and supply chain areas. Leads projects from planning through execution, analyzes operational metrics, identifies bottlenecks, improves processes, and maintains SOPs and work instructions. Collaborates with supervisors and business teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and support transitions, peak periods, and other operational priorities.

Develop demand forecasts, manage retail replenishment, optimize inventory, and monitor forecast accuracy. Build dashboards and reports, recommend procurement and repacking quantities, analyze supply chain performance, and provide insights for strategic decisions. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
