Recruit the behavioral and mental health workforce, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain confidential HR records, support employee relations, review timekeeping and payroll data, track leave and accommodations, and assist with California employment compliance. The role also supports retention initiatives, recruiting events, employee communications, disciplinary documentation, and payroll issue resolution in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Provides clinical supervision and implements individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing clients, developing treatment plans under BCBA guidance, supervising Behavior Technicians, training families and caregivers, analyzing progress data, writing reports, managing schedules, and conducting in-home sessions. The role requires afternoon and evening availability, some weekends, travel between client homes, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
