Provide knowledge, training and development for the global funds team; act as a strategic adviser to partners and senior stakeholders; design and deliver training, keep lawyers technically sharp, generate ideas to advance the practice, and collaborate across the team. Open to candidates from funds, banking or general corporate transactional backgrounds.

Provide high-quality administrative support to a Corporate & Commercial legal team: manage complex diaries, billing and financial processes, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare correspondence and documentation, and maintain smooth day-to-day team operations in a fast-paced, collaborative hybrid environment.

Support development of pricing models and firm-wide pricing strategy for legal practice areas. Work with Pricing Director, Legal Operations, Business Development, and Finance to deliver pricing insights, communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders, and drive data-driven improvements to client engagement approaches.
