Edits and develops K–12 English learning content, ensuring curriculum alignment, pedagogical quality, accuracy, and adherence to QA standards. Responsibilities include competition analysis, scope and sequence planning, manuscript development, permissions management, author and reviewer coordination, media production liaison, proofing, project delivery, and customer-facing product training and engagement.

Manage corporate legal and secretarial compliance, including board and shareholder meetings, regulatory filings, statutory registers, FEMA and labor-law compliance. Draft and review contracts, agreements, policies, and legal opinions; advise management and staff on legal requirements; coordinate with government authorities, auditors, counsel, clients, and internal teams; support fundraising, inspections, risk assessments, governance, and compliance enforcement.

Responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, building client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
