Investigate accidents and safety issues, execute emergency responses, maintain operational records, provide customer service, and enforce policies while supporting vehicle operators and adjusting service in real time.

Volunteer board members provide high-level governance and oversight for Butler County Regional Transit Authority, attend 10–20 meetings per year, serve three-year terms, advocate for public transit, and should have an interest in transit and basic familiarity with financial statements.

BCRTA Vehicle Operators safely drive transit vehicles, care for passengers, work independently, enforce rules, and utilize technology to follow directions. They must hold a Class A or B CDL with passenger endorsement and undergo various checks.
