Leads finance for a public transit agency, overseeing accounting, budgeting, payroll, grants, procurement compliance, insurance, investments, audits, and regulatory reporting. Serves on the executive leadership team, advises the Executive Director and Board of Trustees, presents financial results and risks, manages federal and state funding applications, ensures GASB and FTA compliance, and supervises three finance and procurement employees.

Operate 35-foot transit coaches and 25-passenger cutaways on fixed routes, provide customer service, follow safety regulations, use onboard tablets/apps, and pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks.

Supervise and support transit operations including road supervision, dispatch, training, scheduling, and customer service. Investigate accidents, enforce policies, conduct performance reviews, and manage daily operations with limited guidance to ensure safe, efficient public transit service.

Operate 35-foot transit coaches and 25-passenger cutaway vehicles on established routes, provide excellent customer service, use onboard tablets/mobile apps, follow safety regulations, and pass DOT and background screenings to transport passengers across Butler County.

Supervise daily transit operations including road supervision, dispatch, scheduling, training, and performance management. Investigate accidents and safety issues, execute emergency responses, maintain operational records, provide customer service, and enforce policies while supporting vehicle operators and adjusting service in real time.

Volunteer board members provide high-level governance and oversight for Butler County Regional Transit Authority, attend 10–20 meetings per year, serve three-year terms, advocate for public transit, and should have an interest in transit and basic familiarity with financial statements.
