Responsibilities include structuring transactions, analyzing financial statements, conducting due diligence, assessing credit risk, preparing deal presentations, recommending risk ratings, monitoring covenants, and supporting renewals and credit reviews. The role requires commercial lending underwriting expertise, financial modeling, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.

Supports wealth advisors with financial planning relationships, client service, transactions, research, financial plans, presentations, account administration, compliance, and daily office workflows. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and client-interaction skills, along with computer literacy and spreadsheet proficiency. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; FINRA licenses are preferred but not required. The position is office-based with limited local travel.

Provides investment and financial planning guidance to bank customers, executes investment transactions, and develops new and existing client relationships. The role manages an assigned book of business, cultivates financial planning relationships, supports bank growth, and conducts client meetings through branch, telephone, and face-to-face interactions. Local travel between assigned branch offices may be required. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
