Drive investor acquisition and revenue by selling income-generating residential properties as structured investments. Qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, conduct investor consultations, present investment cases, close transactions, support post-sale onboarding, and represent the company at events while reporting market intelligence and sales forecasts.

Lead project and organizational accounting including invoicing, journal entries, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasts, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, donor and statutory compliance (IFRS/GAAP), mentor junior staff, improve ERP/financial systems, and provide financial guidance to management and project teams.

Lead L&D strategy and performance management by conducting training needs analyses, designing and delivering learning programs, managing LMS/HRIS, tracking training effectiveness and KPIs, coordinating HSE training and audits, and supporting HR administration and performance appraisal processes.
