Leads multidisciplinary teams delivering rapid transit capital projects from planning and environmental review through design, construction, commissioning, and launch. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, federal funding compliance, client relationships, public outreach, and stakeholder engagement. Provides transit design expertise across bus rapid transit, light rail, streetcar, stations, corridors, signals, guideways, and supporting infrastructure. Mentors staff and supports proposals, scoping, fee negotiations, and business development.

Supports traffic, roadway, and transportation engineering projects for state DOTs and local municipalities. Develops signal, signage, markings, maintenance-of-traffic, ITS, and traffic study plans. Produces plans, specifications, and estimates using MicroStation and OpenRoads, collaborates with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, and meets project budget and schedule requirements.

Provides broad administrative support to staff and leadership, including travel and event coordination, document preparation, office supply inventory, mail and package processing, onboarding assistance, and shared-space organization. The role also handles routine issues, supports project-related administrative tasks, and coordinates office services. Success requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, independent problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related document software.
