Duties include revising products, supporting manufacturing and sales teams, maintaining technical documentation, applying GD&T, refining production processes, and coordinating customer change requests while meeting quality and timeline requirements.

Leads manufacturing and warehouse operations across multiple departments, overseeing production schedules, staffing, safety, quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Manages supervisors and personnel processes, coordinates production and goods movement, monitors performance metrics, drives cost reduction and process improvements, supports sustainability initiatives, and develops a culture of employee engagement and accountability. Requires regular manufacturing-floor presence and reporting to ownership.
