Coordinates executive administration and sales and marketing operations, including scheduling, travel, events, social media, campaigns, trade shows, client materials, website updates, vendor coordination, budgets, and marketing timelines. Supports leadership and cross-functional teams while maintaining brand consistency, content quality, contact databases, and client-facing communications across multiple business segments.

Supports new-build and repair/refit projects from initiation through completion. Coordinates schedules, budgets, requirements, design and engineering requests, vendor activities, reports, audits, and project records. Communicates risks and status updates while coordinating Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, IT, and vendors. Helps maintain workflows, resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and complete project closeout activities under the guidance of Program Managers.

Leads the MEP Engineering Team in a manufacturing and shipbuilding environment. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, standardizing engineering processes, integrating design with manufacturing and supply chain, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendors, improving Lean and SQDC performance, and delivering build-ready designs with minimal rework. The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing engineering expertise, metal fabrication knowledge, and experience managing complex cross-functional execution.
