Coordinates executive administration and sales and marketing operations, including scheduling, travel, events, social media, campaigns, trade shows, client materials, website updates, vendor coordination, budgets, and marketing timelines. The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing engineering expertise, metal fabrication knowledge, and experience managing complex cross-functional execution.

Develops and sustains quality systems for shipbuilding operations across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, and testing. Responsibilities include quality planning, audits, nonconformance investigations, root-cause analysis, CAPA, regulatory compliance, supplier quality, first article inspections, and continuous improvement. The role uses data analytics, Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving to prevent recurring defects, reduce rework and scrap, and standardize best practices across commercial and government programs.

Leads complex shipbuilding programs from contract handoff through construction, testing, delivery, and warranty support. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and finance while managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, configuration, regulatory interactions, and customer relationships. Ensures vessel delivery meets safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer requirements. Drives cross-functional decisions, recovery plans, continuous improvement, and lessons learned in a production environment.

Leads Burger Boat Company’s marketing strategy, luxury brand stewardship, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, communications, product launches, sales enablement, events, customer experiences, and agency partnerships. Manages marketing planning, budgets, KPIs, cross-functional alignment, and one direct report while supporting business development and product strategy. Requires extensive senior marketing leadership experience, luxury consumer-brand expertise, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally for boat shows, customer meetings, shipyard activities, and launches.
