Lead product development projects from concept through production and launch. Manage suppliers, timelines, quality testing, samples, risks, and cross-functional communication. Research market innovations, propose product ideas, create execution plans, mentor junior team members, and represent BURGA at trade shows.

Coordinate localization projects from start to finish, including voiceover talent, recording reviews, invoicing, translation deadlines, file preparation, linguist support, and AI quality checks. Support recruiting freelance translators, distributing test translations, and negotiating rates. The role requires strong organization, written communication, analytical and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced workstreams.

Develop and own creative strategies for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, AppLovin, and potentially YouTube. Translate performance data and audience insights into creative briefs, testing hypotheses, and iterative ad concepts. Collaborate with designers, editors, and creators, provide on-set creative direction, present results, and lead regular creative reviews to improve campaign performance.
