Leads BURGA’s physical product strategy and roadmap across multiple consumer categories. Owns end-to-end development from trend research, design, prototyping, testing, and sourcing through launch and supply-chain handoff. Manages manufacturers, suppliers, quality standards, product KPIs, and a multidisciplinary engineering/testing team. Builds scalable processes, develops leaders, and ensures products launch on time, meet quality standards, and achieve commercial targets.

The Director of Product Development owns BURGA’s product strategy and roadmap across multiple physical-goods categories. They lead end-to-end product development from research, design, prototyping, testing, and sourcing through launch and supply-chain handoff. The role manages suppliers, quality standards, product KPIs, and a multidisciplinary engineering/testing team while building scalable processes and developing leaders. Success requires delivering innovative, high-quality products on schedule and improving commercial performance across the portfolio.

Lead procurement strategy, supplier sourcing, qualification, negotiations, cost modeling, and category budgeting. Partner with inventory, quality, and production teams to support launches and maintain supply stability. Manage supplier KPIs, backup sourcing, commercial recovery, and resolution of quality or delivery failures while optimizing total cost, quality, and efficiency.
