Lead and scale a global L2/L3 Technical Support team for enterprise SaaS customers. Drive SLA adherence, incident and escalation management, backlog reduction, operational reporting, and cross-functional improvements. Coach and recruit engineers, build product and integration expertise, and partner with Product and Engineering to eliminate recurring issues and improve platform reliability.

Design, build, and operate Bureau's cloud data lake and streaming/batch pipelines to support fraud detection and identity intelligence. Own orchestration (Airflow), reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency. Collaborate with data science and ML teams on feature stores and model pipelines, implement schema governance and data quality, and apply graph databases to model identity networks.

Execute product marketing and GTM activities: craft messaging and collateral, support product launches, enable Sales with decks and battlecards, maintain competitive intelligence, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth to drive adoption and conversions.
