Manage a care home unit or floor, promoting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Lead, motivate, mentor, and delegate to care staff; provide clinical guidance; maintain accurate resident records; build relationships with residents, families, and local partners; and support the safe, efficient operation and community profile of the home.

Provides Saturday reception and administrative support at a healthcare clinic. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, handling calls and enquiries, managing appointments, processing payments and documentation, preparing clinical files, tracking reports and results, maintaining reception areas, ordering supplies, and supporting clinical teams while following quality and governance requirements.

Lead data and responsible AI governance across Bupa’s UK Insurance business. Own governance policies, frameworks, controls, risk assessments, assurance reviews, audit support, and regulatory compliance. Chair the High-Risk AI Committee, oversee responsible AI assessments, monitor GDPR and EU AI Act developments, and promote accountable data and AI use. The role requires senior stakeholder influence across Data, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and business teams, with potential to build a future governance function.
