Manage care home finances, including invoicing, income processing, banking, debt management, reconciliations, purchasing, supplier payments, petty cash, payroll information, and resident funds. Liaise with local and health authorities, maintain admission and personnel records, provide clerical support to the Home Manager, and handle reporting, correspondence, filing, and office administration.

A 12-month undergraduate placement rotating across Bupa’s finance and governance functions, including financial control, reporting, regulatory reporting, FP&A, commercial finance, internal audit, risk, and tax. The placement provides structured development, senior colleague shadowing, networking, and potential fast-tracking to Bupa’s graduate scheme. Candidates must be penultimate-year undergraduates with UK work eligibility, strong academic performance, analytical ability, communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Lead the design and operation of IAM technologies, integrating with cloud platforms, supporting audits, and developing a high-performing engineering team.
