Plan and run engaging activities and wellbeing sessions for care home residents, produce and manage activity planners and budgets, organise events and outings, deliver one-to-one support, liaise with community performers, and support the home's social media as required.

Provide compassionate, consultant‑led outpatient and diagnostic nursing care including observations, venepuncture, cannulation, medication administration, patient preparation/recovery, recordkeeping, escalation, health promotion, and participation in audits and service improvements within a multidisciplinary team.

Manage invoicing, income allocation, banking and debt management using bespoke software. Reconcile resident and home funds to bank statements, administer supplier payments and petty cash, process payroll and employee data, liaise with local/health authorities, maintain admissions documentation and personnel files, and provide clerical support and local management reporting to the Home Manager.
