Bupa Benefits Overview

Provide front-desk reception and administrative support for a Bupa clinic: greet patients, manage appointments, handle calls/emails, assist clinical staff with files and scanning, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming facility.

Act as first point of contact for visitors and calls, provide advice and support, assist Home Manager and Administrator with clerical tasks, maintain paperwork and filing, handle enquiries timely, complete daily/weekly tasks, build relationships with residents and families. Requires strong IT, organisational skills, initiative and a caring attitude.

Provide face-to-face counselling and brief interventions, conduct assessments and formulations, manage an independent caseload within sessional limits, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, deliver psychoeducation/group workshops, make referrals/signposting, attend supervision and team meetings, and contribute to service improvements.
