Provides phone, email, and webchat support to B2B customers, brokers, account managers, and business partners. Resolves queries, complaints, technical platform issues, and account-related requests while meeting service standards. Maintains accurate records, manages inbound and outbound communications, and builds strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, numerical, IT, and customer-service skills in a regulated environment.

Serves as the first point of contact for care home visitors, manages enquiries, provides face-to-face and phone support, conducts resident home tours, and assists the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical tasks, filing, paperwork, and daily administrative duties.

Design and shape customer-centric digital experiences from discovery through launch across app, mobile, desktop, and connected devices. Collaborate with product squads, facilitate workshops, conduct research, prototype and validate solutions, and provide UX direction. Contribute to design systems, toolkits, playbooks, accessibility standards, and design communities. Mentor designers, influence stakeholders, advocate for customers, and promote consistent user-centered design practices across the organization.
