Provide professional front-of-house service and high-standard administration for a care home. Support the Home Manager and team with payroll and administrative tasks, customer service, relationship-building, telephone and written communications, time management, and occasional weekend working to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide safe, patient-centred nursing care across inpatient services: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; administer medications; monitor patients; maintain records; support families; promote safety and infection prevention; mentor colleagues and students.

Lead and manage day-to-day credentialing operations, ensuring clinician vetting, compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CQC), accurate practitioner records, team supervision, stakeholder engagement, risk escalation, and support for clinical governance and complex cases.
