Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams to improve agile ways of working, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, collaborate with Product Managers on backlogs and user stories, and drive productivity, quality, and engagement across teams.

Provide DevOps/SRE support across multi-cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS): manage infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, WAF/CDN, incident response, performance and availability, and remediate security vulnerabilities.

Support preparation of management accounts and monthly reports for Care Homes, reconcile control accounts, post journals, investigate variances, manage help desk queries, assist forecasting and annual planning, maintain financial controls, and support ad hoc projects to provide timely financial information to stakeholders.
