Leads the engineering, lifecycle management, governance, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network connectivity platforms, including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud networking. Provides technical leadership, ensures secure and resilient services, drives NetDevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption, leads incident root-cause analysis, manages technical standards and documentation, and collaborates with architecture, security, cloud, operations, vendors, and engineering teams.

Provide regular and ad hoc reporting using Adobe Analytics and Power BI, analyze digital products and campaigns, identify customer experience improvements, and communicate actionable insights. The role also involves designing data capture, implementing marketing tags, maintaining digital analytics tools, and advising stakeholders on measurement requirements, privacy, and consent legislation.

Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery of Bupas IAM product portfolio (IGA, PAM, certificates, secrets, keys). Own vendor relationships, define metrics, drive optimisation, ensure compliance (ISO/NIST/SOX/GDPR), translate security requirements into product features, and influence senior stakeholders across Security, IT, HR, Risk and Audit.
