Lead and scale bunny.net’s Solutions Engineering function, manage and coach solutions engineers, and support complex technical sales opportunities. Responsibilities include customer architecture, proofs of concept, integrations, onboarding, technical deal support, pricing and margin alignment, partner enablement, and creating scalable playbooks and processes.

Build and operate an AI security layer for bunny.net’s global edge network. Responsibilities include detecting and blocking prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, tool abuse, and agent threats in real time; researching attacker techniques; designing low-latency protections; balancing accuracy, false positives, latency, cost, and customer experience; and owning solutions from experimentation through production.

Own the Developer Platform product from discovery through delivery and iteration while leading a small engineering team. Design deployment primitives such as projects, environments, secrets, and logs across compute, scripting, and database products. Build production code across APIs, dashboards, instrumentation, documentation, and prototypes; define success metrics; collaborate cross-functionally; and improve developer experience, reliability, performance, security, and adoption.

Lead UX for developer-facing cloud infrastructure products: drive end-to-end design, build systems and patterns, run research, prototype (including AI), collaborate with PMs and engineers, mentor designers, and raise usability and accessibility standards.

Provide hands-on technical support for bunny.net's CDN: troubleshoot caching, HTTP/TLS, DNS, and origin connectivity; analyze request flows with tools like curl, dig, traceroute, and MTR; monitor network health; collaborate with engineering; improve documentation; and communicate solutions to developers.
