Build and operate shared platform capabilities across large-scale, multi-region infrastructure. Responsibilities include Kubernetes and GitOps deployment, bare-metal and container operations, infrastructure automation, observability, resilience, self-service tooling, and production database operations. The role partners with engineering teams to reduce operational friction, owns platform services through follow-the-sun on-call, and designs scalable solutions across Linux and hybrid infrastructure.

Lead UX for developer-facing cloud infrastructure products: drive end-to-end design, build systems and patterns, run research, prototype (including AI), collaborate with PMs and engineers, mentor designers, and raise usability and accessibility standards.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for bunny.net's developer platform products. Drive product-led growth, work with engineering and customers, define success metrics, influence pricing/packaging, and improve developer onboarding, activation, and adoption while balancing long-term bets with high-impact improvements.

Design and build the developer-facing project, secrets, and observability platform connecting Magic Containers, Edge Scripting, and Bunny Database. Implement environment management, secrets APIs, unified logs/metrics, fine-grained API keys/permissions, and multi-tenant secure systems. Drive API design, testing, and architecture decisions across the Core API team.

Own and evolve bunny.net's visual identity and brand system across website, product, campaigns, motion, and illustration. Lead creative direction, build design systems and processes, mentor a Design Specialist, coordinate freelancers/agencies, partner with product marketing, and translate technical concepts into developer-friendly visuals and stories.

Own and improve employee lifecycle operations (onboarding, offboarding, contracts), document and automate People processes, translate feedback into initiatives, manage Employer of Record partnership, and design engagement, performance, and culture programs to create a consistent, scalable employee experience.

Provide hands-on technical support for bunny.net's CDN: troubleshoot caching, HTTP/TLS, DNS, and origin connectivity; analyze request flows with tools like curl, dig, traceroute, and MTR; monitor network health; collaborate with engineering; improve documentation; and communicate solutions to developers.

Build and manage outbound pipeline and qualify inbound leads. Craft personalized outreach, run discovery conversations, book meetings for sales, and collaborate with marketing, product, and growth to improve targeting and messaging while learning the edge ecosystem.
