Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Operations roles at a fast-growing healthcare AI startup. Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, source and close technical talent, optimize interview processes in Ashby, use AI tools to scale recruiting, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through onsite hosting and office tours.

Owns end-to-end deployment of AI-enabled clinical workflows across health-system customers. Responsibilities include designing and refining AI agents and prompts, mapping clinical workflows, configuring platform solutions, evaluating outputs, managing implementations, training users, driving adoption, gathering product feedback, and partnering with engineering and product teams on scalable improvements. The role combines pre-sales discovery and solution design with post-sales implementation, optimization, and customer change management.
