Build automated workflows and integrations using Personio and Notion, improve self-service processes, maintain accurate people reporting, and support employees and stakeholders across a growing international workforce.

Own end-to-end talent acquisition across GTM and Operations in Germany, the UK, and selected European markets. Lead sourcing, candidate closing, hiring portfolio prioritization, stakeholder advising, interview quality, and recruiting process improvements. Build talent pipelines, use market evidence to guide hiring plans, coach hiring managers, support employer branding, and apply AI tools and ATS capabilities to improve recruiting workflows while maintaining judgment, privacy, and candidate experience.
