Lead product strategy and roadmap for capital workflows (capital calls, distributions, treasury, accounting integrations). Conduct customer research, define requirements and success metrics, partner with engineering/design, and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable, audit-ready fund operations products.

Work directly with the Founders on strategic projects: run analyses, market and competitive research, maintain dashboards and reports, prepare company communications, surface insights, and own smaller workstreams end-to-end.

Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects for the Founders' Office end-to-end: define problems, run analyses, coordinate senior stakeholders, drive delivery, assess opportunities for growth, evaluate new markets/products, and prioritize company initiatives.
