Lead fund operations across the full lifecycle, owning capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, fund launches and migrations. Partner with fund managers, accounting, product and engineering to ensure accurate, audit-ready operations, improve automation and mentor junior staff to raise operational quality.

Support the Customer Success team by reviewing customer data, coordinating with operations, assisting account managers, and managing investor communications. Own projects that improve customer success processes and user experience, collaborating cross-functionally from ideation through implementation. The role offers hands-on exposure to private market investment operations and prepares the intern for future Customer Success or Account Management positions.
