Supports the setup, launch, quality assurance, monitoring, and optimization of email, SMS, and messaging campaigns. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, campaign flows, copy and asset coordination, performance analysis, A/B testing, tracking, documentation, and collaboration with marketing teams and platform vendors. The role focuses on acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and conversion while developing expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation, and direct messaging.

Lead local HR and administrative operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, development, compensation and benefits, reporting, budgeting, and government relations. Manage the local HR team, ensure compliance with Albanian labor law, oversee terminations and documentation, analyze HR data, and provide regular updates to global headquarters. The role is fully on-site in Tirana and requires substantial HR leadership experience, team management, English fluency, and strong administrative capabilities.

Supports operational and financial projects by tracking timelines, maintaining project plans and documentation, coordinating across departments, monitoring deadlines, preparing reports, and identifying issues or delays. The role also assists with daily operational activities, provides progress updates, follows up on outstanding tasks, and helps improve workflow efficiency while ensuring accurate and timely completion of responsibilities.
