This role involves building detailed financial models from scratch in Excel, structuring assumptions, and analyzing cash flow and debt scenarios, without reliance on templates or AI tools.

Manage end-to-end medical billing for a multi-doctor chiropractic clinic: submit and follow claims through collections, handle denials and authorizations, maintain credentialing, respond to insurers/patients/attorneys, process medical record requests, and perform light administrative tasks and supply coordination.

Lead architecture, governance, and administration of a Salesforce instance supporting 250+ users. Design scalable Salesforce solutions, manage CPQ and quote-to-cash, build integrations (HubSpot, Gong, BigQuery, etc.), implement security (SSO/MFA), enforce data governance, create reports and dashboards, and deploy AI-enabled workflows. Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements, run release management, documentation, training, and continuous improvements.
