Own the AI strategy and execution for Bullish and CoinDesk business teams. Build and deploy AI workflows, copilots, automation, and agentic solutions; identify and prioritize high-value use cases; establish self-service enablement through tools and training; define adoption, efficiency, and ROI KPIs; report outcomes to executives; and build the AI Enablement function and team from the ground up.

Oversee daily cryptocurrency exchange operations across order routing, matching, settlement, reconciliation, risk controls, configuration, latency monitoring, and client support. Support institutional client onboarding, connectivity, product launches, process automation, governance, regulatory controls, and incident response. Collaborate with technology, sales, finance, risk, legal, and compliance teams while serving as a senior escalation point for complex operational and technical issues.
