Teams at Bullis School

Support the Director of Human Resources in daily HR operations including HRIS administration, benefits and leave management, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, investigations, talent management, and reporting. Serve as acting department leader when needed and help drive strategic HR initiatives and succession planning.

Supervise after-school care for lower and middle school students (3:15–6:00pm), lead activities, manage sign-in/out and enrollment, coordinate snacks, track lesson/enrichment attendance, purchase supplies, and maintain classroom management.
