Senior Client Manager responsible for managing client relationships and leading the day-to-day delivery of branding and design projects. Duties include organizing meetings, presenting briefs and proposals, overseeing workflows, timelines, budgets, billings, forecasting, purchase orders, and client documentation. The role also contributes strategically to pitches, audits, briefs, and business development while ensuring projects meet quality and schedule expectations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of creative agency projects: define scope, plans, budgets and SoWs; manage resources, risks, suppliers and production; own commercial performance and reporting; ensure timesheet and system discipline; mentor junior staff and maintain clear client and stakeholder communication.
