Meet sales targets, provide roofing advice, coordinate with operations and crews, support receivables, and promote company services through trade shows, seminars, and other marketing activities. The role requires frequent outdoor work, ladder climbing, lifting, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Own the full talent pipeline across companies: proactively source apprentices through leadership roles, recruit construction/trades talent (including passive candidates), run apprenticeship and internship programs, build relationships with schools and industry networks, convert referrals/market insight into hires, and travel regionally (NC/SC/VA).
