Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ICT and business transformation projects, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, budgets, schedules, risks and governance. Lead the 13-week rolling production schedule across chilled manufacturing, develop weekly/daily schedules to maximise capacity, use SAP as the single source of truth, partner with Supply, Demand and Operations, monitor inventory and risks, run supply review/S&OE forums, and drive continuous improvement through reporting and analysis.

Lead and grow the Convenience channel nationally by developing channel-specific sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, identifying new business, driving Scoop portfolio marketing, analysing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and profitability targets.

The Mix Room Supervisor oversees daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards while leading a team to meet production targets.
