Supervises production teams to meet safety, quality, food safety, sanitation, and output targets. Ensures compliance with SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, environmental requirements, and manufacturing instructions. Coaches employees, manages staffing and industrial relations, reviews performance, drives corrective actions and continuous improvement, coordinates maintenance, and supports new product launches. The role requires extensive production-floor presence and flexibility for shift, weekend, and variable-temperature factory work.
