Each day, Mitch Herman connects with our existing customer base at the Enterprise level to better understand their unique needs and identify the ways in which our platform and tools can support them. “I’m on a mission to break the 'dull vendor' cliche and replace it with something clients actually look forward to — yes, even on a Monday,” Herman said. “One day, I’m traveling to visit clients; the next, I’m sending my dog into a Zoom room to seal the deal. Somewhere in between, I’m pitching finance on a company helicopter for travel efficiency. Our people don't just tolerate this energy, they harness it. We're encouraged to chase new ideas, no matter how improbable, and you can expect to be supported."
