Partners with Victorian leaders on employee relations, performance, recruitment, retention, culture, change, capability, workplace safety, return-to-work, industrial relations, compliance, and HR analytics. Leads and develops the Victorian P&C Coordinator, oversees onboarding, supports workforce planning and succession, and contributes to national HR initiatives, policy updates, salary reviews, and HR systems improvements.

Senior Financial Accountant responsible for treasury, cash flow forecasting, intercompany funding, month-end close, P&L reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, audit support, and financial systems administration. The role also leads AP staff and develops practical AI and automation solutions to improve finance processes, while reviewing automated outputs using accounting judgment.

Transport, install, and dismantle scaffolding and hang-on-platform systems. Complete reports, truck maintenance records, work method statements, and related documentation. The role requires construction experience, scaffold certification, a White Card, an unrestricted driver’s licence, personal transport, and the ability to work 40–50 hours weekly in a physically demanding environment. MR/HR licensing is desirable, with opportunities for progression into leading-hand and crew-management responsibilities.
