Teams at BuildOps

As an Install Base Account Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling, renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage communication and account management skills to drive revenue and product adoption, becoming an integral part of the sales strategy.

Own accounting integration discovery, design, configuration, testing, and validation between BuildOps and customers' accounting systems. Lead discovery with finance teams, define mappings and integration logic, execute test/reconciliation plans, troubleshoot discrepancies, document solutions, and hand off stable integrations to Customer Success and Product/Engineering.

Lead discovery, design, configuration, testing, and validation of accounting integrations between BuildOps and customers' ERPs. Collaborate with finance, implementation, product, and engineering to map GL structures, reconcile data, and deliver scalable integration playbooks. Ensure accurate end-to-end financial sync and minimal post‑go‑live issues.
