Provides high-volume IT support for employees, managing identity and access across SaaS applications, troubleshooting authentication and integrations, supporting Mac devices through MDM, and maintaining documentation. The role also manages Jira ticket queues, assists with onboarding and offboarding, collaborates with DevOps, Security, and HR, and provides basic audiovisual support for company events. It requires strong communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills in a hybrid Toronto environment.

Lead company-wide strategy for software quality, production reliability, and safe delivery. Build shared platform capabilities for release safety, observability, validation, testability, and developer self-service. Identify systemic risks, improve resilience and failure recovery, define reliability metrics, lead cross-functional technical programs, influence architecture without direct authority, and mentor engineers and technical leaders.

Architect, build, and optimize BuildOps’ full-stack platform using React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, REST, and SQL. Lead technical decisions, API and database optimization, observability, testing, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architecture. Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, guide cross-team technical initiatives, and collaborate with product, QA, customers, and partners to deliver reliable, scalable software.
