Leads all human resources functions for a growing, multi-location early childhood education organization. Responsibilities include HR strategy, culture and engagement, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, investigations, compliance, benefits coordination, records, and HR systems. Partners with executive and school leadership to build effective teams, ensure accountability, support retention, and develop organizational leaders while remaining hands-on in daily HR operations.
