Build and grow Buildforce’s presence by developing relationships with electrical contractors, understanding staffing needs, presenting and negotiating staffing solutions, and managing client satisfaction. The Account Executive will maintain sales records in HubSpot, collaborate with recruiting to match candidates, support product improvements, and represent the company at industry events.

Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting and placement of bilingual electricians for commercial construction projects in the DFW market. Source, interview, negotiate pay, onboard, and support candidates while maintaining records and meeting placement goals. Manage customer and electrician relationships, troubleshoot app usage, collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams, and operate the market with strong ownership, organization, and adaptability. This hybrid role requires living in the Dallas area and working from the Richardson office three to four days weekly.
