Lead the engineering organization and technical strategy while remaining hands-on across web, mobile, backend, infrastructure, architecture, and AI. Own the technical roadmap, design scalable production systems, establish engineering standards, mentor and grow engineers, and drive AI-assisted development. Partner with Product and executive leadership to balance speed, reliability, security, scalability, and quality while building systems with Golang, TypeScript, and GCP.

The QA Engineer will own quality across AI-driven systems, design test strategies, write and maintain integration tests, and partner with engineers for testing LLM-powered features.

Configure and build applications on the Unqork no-code platform by translating business requirements into workflows, integrations, UI, data models, and APIs; perform testing/debugging, document configurations, support go-live activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
