Teams at Builder Prime

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels; communicate Builder Prime’s value to construction professionals; qualify leads, identify needs, and schedule demos for Account Executives. The role also involves maintaining pipeline health, tracking activities, following up with prospects, learning the product, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with the sales team remotely.

Lead customer software implementations from kickoff through handoff, managing timelines, stakeholders, technical configurations, custom workflows, training, and customer expectations. Identify and resolve implementation challenges, document configurations, analyze implementation data, and improve processes to reduce time-to-value and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Account Management, Support, and Sales while driving strategic onboarding initiatives.
