Build and lead a Humboldt Park community safety plan through CREW stakeholder meetings, violence trend analysis, coordinated interventions, and progress tracking. Support outreach programs, events, surveys, canvassing, volunteer recruitment, restorative discussions, and community forums. Build trust with residents and organizations, represent BUILD publicly, coordinate resources, document activities, and support initiatives promoting safety, civic engagement, peace, and well-being.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: source, screen, and select candidates; partner with hiring managers; track hiring metrics; coordinate background checks; provide HR cross-functional support and maintain compliance.

Manage grants-related bookkeeping and accounting to ensure GAAP-compliant financial records, support reporting and audits, improve processes and automation, collaborate with Grants Monitor and Program Directors, reconcile accounts, and meet deadlines while maintaining detailed documentation.
