Lead Build AI’s commercial function by personally closing complex, high-value deals with frontier AI labs and robotics companies. Define ideal customers, build pipeline, manage negotiations and contracts, structure pilots and multi-year partnerships, and collaborate with founders and technical teams. Establish a repeatable sales process, translate customer feedback into product direction, and eventually recruit and lead the sales organization.

Lead talent acquisition for Build AI’s rapidly expanding Shenzhen team. Responsibilities include managing search firms, building candidate pipelines through networking and outbound sourcing, conducting initial interviews, coordinating work trials, negotiating offers, and maintaining hiring records in Ashby. The role will recruit across software, hardware, supply chain, machine learning, logistics, compliance, and finance while partnering closely with founders and team leads.

Lead and grow the Shenzhen software team while remaining hands-on. Own platforms for vendor coordination, contributor recruitment and payments, device tracking, fraud prevention, partner growth, petabyte-scale data infrastructure, automated data quality, AI business tools, and internal recruiting software. Set technical direction, prioritize initiatives, ship reliable products, and support outcomes end to end in partnership with founders and global operations.
