Manage project billing, collections, vendor payments, lien and waiver support, and job-level cash flow reporting. Assist project closeout paperwork and participate in team meetings to support construction finance operations.

Manage project cost controls for $50M–$200M projects including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, reporting, and end-to-end change control. Perform cost analysis, approve contractor billings, assist cash flow forecasting, negotiate change orders, maintain change order logs, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal. Lead process improvements, optimize cost-control tooling, and build vendor and contractor relationships to mitigate risk and control costs.
