Lead design and execution of the growth engine for property management businesses: build repeatable growth/playbook, run full-cycle sales, drive partnerships and early marketing experiments, and work closely with local managers and executive leadership to scale revenue.

Design and build production web UI end-to-end: prototype in code, ship polished, AI-enabled interfaces for complex property-management workflows, and improve design/frontend culture and systems.

Own the P&L and build a new insurance revenue vertical from zero: define strategy, partnerships, product specs, ship features with PMs and engineers, roll out playbook across portfolio companies, measure results, and generate revenue and margin.
