Support daily coffee roasting and packaging operations, maintain and track green and roasted coffee inventory, record purchases and storage, assist with roasting schedules and order flow, communicate with team via Slack, and help ensure product quality, cleanliness, and efficient production workflows.

Roast and quality-control coffee for retail, wholesale, and grocery channels; manage green and roasted inventory, schedule production via ShipStation/Cropster, ensure regulatory and organic certification compliance, maintain equipment and facility GMP standards, and support purchasing and supplier relationships.

Provide executive and personal assistant support including calendar, travel, errands, confidential document handling, and household coordination; manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, supplies, records, meetings, and create/maintain advanced spreadsheets and reports.
