Roast and quality-control coffee for retail, wholesale, and grocery channels; manage green and roasted inventory, schedule production via ShipStation/Cropster, ensure regulatory and organic certification compliance, maintain equipment and facility GMP standards, and support purchasing and supplier relationships.

Support daily coffee roasting and packaging operations, maintain and track green and roasted coffee inventory, record purchases and storage, assist with roasting schedules and order flow, communicate with team via Slack, and help ensure product quality, cleanliness, and efficient production workflows.

Lead shifts at small-format cafes, own guest experience, coach and develop baristas, maintain drink and food quality, manage basic inventory and staffing, and ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness.
