Directs Bucks 360, a Pennsylvania Act 101 student-support program, overseeing operations, staff, recruitment, retention, academic coaching, programming, budget management, grant compliance, assessment, reporting, and partnerships. The role supports underserved students through coordinated academic and enrichment services, manages eligibility and outcome documentation, collaborates across College departments, convenes the advisory board, and drives continuous program improvement.

Maintains college campuses and outdoor facilities through mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, litter removal, athletic field care, snow and ice removal, and landscape maintenance. Operates and inspects grounds equipment, identifies safety hazards, supports campus events and facilities projects, responds to emergencies, and works across multiple locations while following safety procedures.

Leads day-to-day operations for the Workforce & Strategic Partnerships division, supervising senior leaders across workforce development, community education, and corporate training. Responsibilities include financial modeling, P&L and performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, enrollment and utilization optimization, revenue growth, business-case development, executive reporting, facilities planning, process improvement, and translating divisional strategy into accountable operational execution.
