Lead and manage HR functions including Title IX/Title VII compliance, labor and employee relations, benefits and compensation, HR policy and HRIS strategy, unemployment claims, EEO investigations, labor negotiations, and data-driven HR analytics to support the college's strategic goals.

Lead and manage college-wide retention and academic advising initiatives, supervise advisors and staff, align advising with academic units, use data to improve student persistence, develop advising curriculum, manage budget, and represent advising across campuses and events.

Assist Director in coordinating and implementing the Associate Degree Nursing program, support faculty onboarding and clinical coordination, create semester and annual reports for accreditation, mentor part-time clinical faculty, perform student outreach for at-risk students, and assist with program events and evaluations.
